Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of a contribution. Email singhasanjay301289@gmail.com with the link to your contribution page. It looks like /c/… and it is in your receipt. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with.

A refund comes off the public total and shows as a reversal in The Books. Your serial number stays on the board, marked refunded. Razorpay and Stripe usually show the money back within 5 to 10 days.

After 7 days, refunds are at the owner's discretion. Ask anyway; a reason helps.

A monthly SIP can be cancelled at any time from the link in every charge email. Cancelling stops future charges. A charge that has already been made follows the 7-day rule above.

This is not a charity and there are no tax receipts, so a refund is the only paperwork there is. See contact.
